Home Inspectors in Tri-Cities, WA
Buyers must choose their own licensed home inspector and pay for the inspection. Inspections usually cost between $450-750, depending on which inspector you choose and if you'd additionally like them to inspect the sewer line; pool; or well water. If a property is on septic, we ask the sellers to pay for the septic to be pumped and inspected. Inspectors email their reports within 24 hours. Reports are typically 15-20 pages long and include photos and explanations.
